These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the website stocklinesp.pl (the "Website") and any inquiry submitted through it. The Website and the services described on it are operated by STOCKLINE Sp. z o.o., registered in Poland, with its registered office at ul. płk. dr. St. Więckowskiego 20 / L6, 90-722 Łódź, Poland ("STOCKLINE", "we", "our").
By accessing the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
These Terms apply only to the use of the Website and to any non-binding inquiry sent through it. Any actual engagement with STOCKLINE — including, without limitation, prep-center services, account management, sourcing or end-to-end e-commerce operations — is governed by a separate written service agreement signed between STOCKLINE and the client. In case of any conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the latter prevails.
Content on the Website is provided for general informational purposes. While we make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and up to date, we do not warrant that the content is complete, current or free from error. Figures shown — including revenue ranges, retention rates, units processed and similar data — represent operational ranges across our portfolio and are not a forecast or a promise of any specific result for any specific client. Outcomes always depend on capital, category, market conditions and execution.
Submitting the contact form or the "Apply now" form does not, by itself, create a contract between you and STOCKLINE. We commit only to reviewing the inquiry and replying within one business day, either with proposed next steps or with a clear statement that the inquiry is not a fit for our services.
You agree to provide truthful and accurate information when contacting us. You are solely responsible for the content of your message.
You agree not to:
All trademarks, logos, copy, photographs, graphic design and software on the Website are the property of STOCKLINE Sp. z o.o. or their respective owners and are protected by Polish, EU and international intellectual-property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Website for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use — including reproduction, distribution, adaptation or framing — requires our prior written permission.
Marketplace logos shown on the Website (Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Shopify, WooCommerce and others) belong to their respective owners and are used only to indicate the platforms on which we operate. Their use does not imply any endorsement, partnership or affiliation, unless explicitly stated.
The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control these third parties and accept no responsibility for their content, terms or privacy practices.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Website is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, STOCKLINE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Website. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Polish law.
Personal data submitted through the Website is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published at this address, with the "Last updated" date at the top reflecting the most recent change. Continued use of the Website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Website shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the common courts competent for the registered seat of STOCKLINE Sp. z o.o.
